Repeat prescriptions can be requested online or posted through our secure letterbox at the staff entrance at the front of the building.
If you have a nominated pharmacy, your prescription will automatically be sent there.
If you do not have a nominated pharmacy please contact the surgery and we will arrange this for you.
We are still providing other routine appointments such as Mother and baby checks, childhood immunisations, vaccinations, dressings and smears. Please contact Reception for further information.
Repeat Prescriptions must be requested in writing:
- Using the slip on the right hand side of your prescription or via a letter to the surgery. You may drop this in by hand to the surgery, post it to us (remember to enclose a SAE if you would like it returned by post),
- Via our SystmOnline facility. Please visit the surgery with photographic proof of identity and a receptionist will be able to provide you with your personal username and password.

Please note, requests for repeat medication made via our email address will no longer be accepted.
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.
Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
Please allow two full working days for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.
